Kalanchoe x houghtonii. Used to be Bryophyllum. I have loads of these flowers near my laundryline right now. They are spectacular and lovely. So glad you are enjoying yours. A perfect "early bloomer."

Pull off leaves, and lay them on soil, they'll likely sprout and you'll be set for a weird Christmas gift to give to friends!

I don't understand...why did the lead writer call it a "random" flower? "unexpectedly beautiful", "exotic", maybe-- but random? that word choice itself seems mighty random. These bell shaped flowers are a great winter nectar source for hummingbirds--especially valuable during the cold spells which have been knocking back more tender winter bloomers. Thank Dog for succculents blooming in winter!
