Another Gourgeous Sunset

While it was a bit chilly, took a picnic dinner to Emma Wood last night to watch the sunset. Negative low tide exposed lots of rocks and seaweed. I loved this huge log!
In the first picture, while not visible without zooming in (we used our binoculars) you could see the tall ships battling out past the harbor.
The clouds were gorgeous parting just enough to let God beams of light shine on the ocean. Then as the sun was setting, the clouds separated to let that sun shine and sink into the ocean! Colors were intense but dissipated rather quickly as the sun disappeared. Another gorgeous SoCal evening.

I was immediately struck by the tonality of the first two images. Lovely. Good shootin' & processing.

Wonderful pix, even if they don't show the chill factor.

Thanks! I'd like the log in my yard for a bench.
