This is Rufus Aloysius playing "Black Santa." Rufus Aloysius is a 10-month old purebred Staffordshire Bull Terrier. He lives with human parents and his two cat brothers, Scratch 'n' Sniff, in Summerland, and he regularly trail rides with his big brother, His Redness, who is a no-color Appaloosa horse with a bright red coat. Rufus makes sure his every day is filled with a joyful rambunctiousness. Life should be lived full-tilt boogie! He wants all his other canine friends to know that if you never give in, eventually your parents will break down and let you sleep in the bed. Never surrender!

Rufus looks like my Charlee. And I agree re the bed, Charlee was politely persistent and eventually I let her sleep on the bed. She now owns the bed and allows me to have a quarter.
