December Dolphins

Sunday morning we were offshore of the Biltmore when dolphins started jumping out of the water. I shot a few short videos and this one was the best.

In the 1940s and 1950s we were at the beaches and on boats off of Santa Barbara and Montecito a lot but never saw dolphins, only whales. I wonder when they started showing up regularly on our shores?

looks like a lot of fun. Friend of mine paddles in a dragon boat on Morro Bay. This gives me a small taste of what she's experiencing--thanks, Dan.
