I don't know what was scarier, the ghosts and goblins roaming the Calle Real shopping center last night or the traffic on the 101 going to work this morning? Both seemed to be mindlessly weaving about as if the owned the roads.

Uh, sorry, my previous post did not come out like I intended. The kids last night were we're well supervised and very orderly. My point was that drivers in both situations needed to be and were extra careful.
