They bring out the gentle side of us. When my white Angie came to me a year ago it was great. After my Angel passed a few months before, I hurt a lot. Tears still come when I think of her. I also have now a large orange gentle boy named Atticus. I volunteer at a cat shelter where there are about 50 of them; love the energy there.

Such a beautiful kitty cat! I got a kitty at her age of 2 months, also, and she lived to be 19. I had tears over her just last night. One never forgets the love and companionship of a special pet like yours.

OP here: Thanks for such sweet and touching comments about Lily and your kitties! To 202: I think she must be a mix of some kind, since she looks like one or a Chartreux. People often think she is a Russian Blue, as well. Not a pure bred, just pure love!
